How does TeleThink work?

1. As a TeleThink member, your first step is to call in to schedule a consulation

2. Member speaks to a Care Coordinator who will triage and update your Electronic Health Record


3. Member then consults directly with Physician who recommends a treatmet plan.  If a prescription is necessary, it’s sent to the pharmacy of your choice.


4. The doctor will then update the member’s EHR immediately after the consultation.

How long does it take to reach a doctor?

Once your membership is established, you can be connected with a doctor within a few minutes up to no more than a couple hours until the doctor calls you back. That is way better than the industry average number of DAYS To schedule a Doctors Appointment, or a 4 hour wait in an emergency room or clinic. With Telethink you can schedule a call and go about your day until the doctor call you back.

How often can I use the service?

Are the Video Calls Secure?

MyTelemedicine has developed all the system technologies, including the interfaces to the technology systems provided by third party providers to be private and secure. MyTelemedicine, Inc. manages the data security for the site. All data is stored in encrypted format that meets standards defined by HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). All data transfer is executed using similar standards that meet or exceed HIPAA, and no data is transferred to users that does not have specific data access keys.
